Natalie Delachica

Behavior Technician

Natalie recently graduated from Old Dominion University receiving her Bachelor of Science in Psychology.  Natalie has been working at a local recreation center teaching swim lessons since 2012, which is where she found her passion for Applied Behavior Analysis.  Her first experience with teaching children on the spectrum how to swim was in 2016 and it was a very challenging experience, but it was also a great success. From that moment on Natalie has had the pleasure of teaching many children, several of those with special needs, in the Hampton Roads area.  Natalie is currently a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and is looking forward to furthering her education to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
